After a three day weekend, how many times have you said, I could do this EVERY week. A lot people, especially in California, feel like having that extra day would make them more productive the other four days of the week. Also as we come out of the Pandemic a lot more people are realizing they can handle working from home and still being productive. So it's very apparent the traditional work flow is forever changes. A new bill is being proposed in California that would take the traditional work down to 32 hours instead of 40 and if you work beyond those 32 hours, you'd be paid overtime. If this bill is passed it would affect companies with more than 500 employees. In addition to improving workers well being and health, this type of model has proven itself in a number of other countries. As this bill gains momentum we'll see how Americans respond- I mean let's face it, we work so hard for our families, it might be time we actually get to spend time with them.
