My heart cannot handle the joy, Sade is back after 7 long years! 😭 I’ve been waiting on Wrinkle in Time because I’m a huge Ava DuVernay fan but this surprise damn near gave me a heart attack.😩❤️🎶🙏🏾 Sade will be making a comeback after a long silence since her last album, 'Soldier of Love' dropped in 2010. Director Ava DuVernay made the announcement via Twitter, writing, “I never thought she’d say yes, but asked anyway. She was kind + giving. A goddess. We began a journey together that I’ll never forget. Proud to announce that Sade has created an original song for WRINKLE IN TIME. It’s entitled ‘Flower of the Universe.’ And it’s a dream come true.” The soundtrack will also feature music from Demi Lovato, Sia, Chloe x Halle, and Kehlani, Dj Khaled.
