This definitely isn’t the kind of early release Tory Lanez had in mind.
The rapper was reportedly stabbed during a yard altercation Monday morning at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi. Sources say the injuries were serious enough to send him by ambulance to a civilian hospital in Bakersfield. Reports indicate his injuries are not life-threatening.

The motive behind the attack is still unclear, but it comes just days after Tory posted a jailhouse pic looking bulked up and teasing his next album. He’s currently serving a 10-year sentence for the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion, and the legal tension between the two hasn’t cooled. Megan recently accused Tory of working with bloggers to smear and cyberstalk her.
