While some are celebrating Father's Day, others may be grieving. Recently I lost my father and struggled with ways to find the good in Father's Day. I sat down with Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Dr. Sarah Williams, on a national platform and wanted to share with those who can unfortunately relate.
