Norfolk Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall Closed Thru January 27th

A water main break has closed Norfolk Scope Arena and Chrysler Hall through January 27th. There were several shows scheduled during this timeframe:

Jan. 15 | Spirituals + Operatic Showstoppers

Jan. 21 | Norfolk Admirals vs. Swamp Rabbits

Jan. 22 | Norfolk Admirals vs. Swamp Rabbits

Jan. 22 | Golden Age of Broadway

Jan. 23 | Norfolk Admirals vs. Swamp Rabbits

Jan. 25 | ADM James Stavridis, USN (Ret.)

The Bob Dandridge MLK Holiday Basketball Classic on Monday, January 17 has been relocated from Scope Arena to Norfolk State University.

In addition, the Inaugural Esports Tournament on Monday, January 17 at Scope Arena has been postponed.

The Norfolk Admirals are looking to relocate their games. In a statement sent to SevenVenues they say, "The Norfolk Admirals are in the process of developing plans to accommodate the three games against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits that cannot be played at Scope Arena. That series was scheduled for January 21, 22, and 23.

“The Admirals will release details as soon as possible once several potential options have been explored and vetted.

“The Admirals thank all ticket holders for their patience and loyalty as they work through what is a most unforeseen development.”

If you purchased tickets through TicketMaster.com, you will receive an automatic refund. The City of Norfolk advises purchasers to contact their original point of purchase for a full refund. Once the box office reopens on January 28th, refunds will be available.
