A lot of Virginians have expressed complications getting pre-registered online to get their vaccine which was a requirement. Now, FEMA's Norfolk site at Military Circle Mall where the old Macy's was located, no longer requires that pre-registration. You can register when you get there and get your vaccine all in one visit as long as there are doses available.
To avoid high wait times, the best time to go is between 10a - noon or 2p to 5p. FEMA's vaccination site will be open Monday - Sunday 9a - 7p for the next seven weeks.
