After a very lengthy trial, Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison after being found guilty of drugging and raping Andrea Constand in his home back in 2004.
The 81 year old actor, comedian, and former American dad was spared due to the fact that he could have been facing 30 years in prison for three counts of charges. Instead he will serve his charges all at once.
Even with this break, his defense team argued this time served would cause “excessive hardship” to their client which I’m sure is MUCH more inconvenient than the excessive hardship caused to the 60+ women who claim to be sexually assaulted (insert sarcasm here)
