Sean Kingston is back home after he posted bail in his fraud and theft case.

The "Take You There" singer, born Kisean Anderson, walked out of the Broward County Jail on Tuesday night, June 4, after his family posted his $100,000 bail. He was bombarded by the press as he walked to his Merecedez-Benz Maybach. He didn't answer any questions about his crimes, but he did confirm to a reporter that he owned his luxury getaway vehicle. "You can check the license plate," he said before he shut the door. He also addressed his legal issues in an Instagram post.

"It's great to be home!!!" his post says. "A special thanks to God, my family, my friends and my legal team... and I cannot forget about my amazing fans, thank you for all your love and support. I love you guys!"

Kingston and his mother Janice Turner are facing 10 charges of fraud and theft. Prosecutors allege he and his mom defrauded several businesses out of luxury items worth over $1 million. As part of the terms of his release, Kingston had to forfeit his passport and surrender any firearms in his possession. His home will also serve as mortgage collateral. In addition, he's not allowed to have any contact with his co-defendants including his mother, who's also facing similar charges.

Sean Kingston woke up inside his home in Southwest Ranches the next day and received a special visitor. According to TMZ, artist Safaree dropped by to see Kingston and his family. In photos the outlet posted, you can see Safaree on the rented property with Mama Kingston. Turner posted her $160,000 last week right after her son was arrested at a concert in California. The "Beautiful Girls" singer was also spotted wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts, which sparked plenty of discussion on social media.
