Coolio passed away at age 59 back in September. His cause of death has officially been revealed.
According to a spokesman for his family, he died from fentanyl and also had traces of heroin and methamphetamines in his system. Coolio was asthmatic - severely so - and continued to smoke and that was also a factor. Originally, his manager said he died from a heart attack.
