The most important form of activism is VOTING.
Our ancestors and elders LITERALLY fought (and some died) for the chance to get their voices heard in government. We owe it to them to make sure we are using our voices at the ballot EVERY CHANCE WE HAVE. EVERY ELECTION IS IMPORTANT.
*WE* don't have the privilege to sit out.
*WE* can only STAND UP.
We are less than 4 weeks away from Election Day and there are some important dates you need to know:
Of course, Election Day itself nationwide is Tuesday, November 8th!
In the Commonwealth, Early Voting is already taking place and ends on Saturday, November 5th! You can early vote at your area's registrar's office!
Before going to vote, make sure that you check your voter registration status! If you're not registered, you can do so online until MONDAY, OCTOBER 17th! Click HERE to check or register to vote!
You can request a MAIL-IN BALLOT until Friday, October 28th! More info. If you are mailing in your ballot, it must be done by NOVEMBER 8th!
NO EXCUSES!
